Telemedicine

To utilize Telemedicine, make sure a designated time is established to meet online with one of our Providers.  We use the software "VSEE" that is HIPAA Compliant.  We can use Facetime or Skype since they are secure, but since they are not monitored 24/7 by the owners, they are not considered HIPAA Compliant. If you decide to communicate by one of these means regarding your healthcare, you accept responsibility for any breach in the security of that information.
